Schools Contest 2014

To increase environmental awareness among students, Friends of the Environment Centre (FEC) and Sasol supported by the Supreme Education Council are holding annual schools contests. The first schools contest started in mid-March to 30th April 2014. The contest, open to all students enrolled in the State of Qatar for all age groups and grades, consists of eight multiple choice questions about Qatar’s environment. Students are also invited to send a photo of Qatar’s nature which they’ve taken.
Correct submissions will be entered into a draw for a chance to win:

A grand prize of a safari trip for two to discover the wildlife of South Africa.
Latest iPads and iPhones for the winning student of each grade, and for the top three photos.
Awards for the top five schools with the highest percentage of participating students.
All winners (students and schools) get awarded in a ceremony this is usually held in May.
